Customer Engagement Analyst, North America Services Delivery Academy
I am currently working at SAP as a Customer Engagement Analyst in the North America Services Delivery Academy. To start I have been learning about the different products and solutions SAP offers to help companies create an intelligent enterprise. Once training has been completed, I will be placed into one of the following roles, Associate Project Manager or Technical Quality Manager. The purpose of these roles is to help the customer safeguard their deployment when implementing an SAP solution. My course work from Digital Solutions Studio has helped me prepare for this role as it gave me insight on dealing with customers.
