Work Experience
PennEnvironment
Intern, May 2015 – July 2015
As an intern at PennEnvironment, I created salesforce reports daily to provide feedback to sales employees and organizational directors about fundraising activities. In conjunction with daily reports I acquired leadership roles within the organization by volunteering to plan, organize, and execute projects incorporating database systems. I demonstrated my leadership ability early on by volunteering to train six new interns to utilize the organization’s voter database system during the second week of my internship experience. In addition to taking on leadership roles within PennEnvironment I contributed effort to improving the organization by proactively researching, proposing, and constructing a project to analyze donor engagement channels. At the conclusion of the project I quantifiably proved to management the best utilization of over $10,000 worth of expenditures. The work ethic, leadership, and project management skills I acquired at PennEnvironment will make me a productive employee at your organization as well.
Temple University Ambler
Owl Ambassador, September 2013 – August 2014
As a former Owl Ambassador for Temple University Ambler I served as the front line representative for the university. I provided personalized tours for up to 30 perspective students and parents on a weekly basis. For non-tour related activities I conveyed friendly and professional customer assistance for callers and walk-ins. While assisting these individuals I provided information about the university and directed calls to office staff. Beyond my daily duties I engaged in irregular events including Saturday preview days and seasonal open house. For these events I prepared students for their transition from a secondary education environment to a university environment.
