Mobile Device Administrator
Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin P.C. is a medium sized civil defense litigation firm with over 500 lawyers throughout 20 offices in 6 states. I am the Mobile Device Administrator, which is on the Applications Team in the IT Department. I am the Mobility Administrator and I manage the firm’s iPhones, iPads, mobile hotspots, and various other tasks including file transfers for closed and new cases. I manage the corporate Sprint & Verizon plan as well as negotiation with vendors including IBM. This job relates to my major as an MIS student because I am the bridge between the finance/accounting department and IT. Often, I am the middle man between these two groups to help other employees have a better understanding of implementing a IT-Business driven solution. Some courses that have helped me would include Enterprise IT, 3506, 3535, and 3502. Other courses in Fox that have helped me are Managerial and Financial Accounting, as well as Finance. I am currently working full-time as of December 2018.
