BP Oil Spill still facing reprecutions
Everyone remembers the oil spill in 2010, but more importantly, everyone remembers British Petroleum’s (BP) inability to properly clean it up. It is a companies responsibility to be liable for their actions or mishaps. BP is facing billions of dollars in penalties including criminal penalties.
