My Interests

Professional

I enjoy working between technology vendors and operations teams, bridging communication gaps, and clarifying requirements to bring parties to common ground and ensure project tasks are executed as expected. I have a passion for cultivating high-performing teams, transforming processes, and addressing stakeholder concerns.

I have many years of experience managing loan volume data using Access databases and Excel, through data entry, importing and configuration, and by making query or pivot table updates as processes evolve. I have always maintained a sharp focus on data integrity and meeting regulatory compliance standards, which are essential to the structure of every large and small project.

Personal

As a member of Temple University’s Professional Sales Organization, I practice developing skills like relationship building, active listening, and public speaking. I am determined to continuously improve my skill set in order to better identify client needs and communicate solutions to stakeholders.

As second-round winner of PSO’s Negotiation series, I endorse participation in this competitive sales challenge by any Temple student interested in receiving thoughtful peer feedback that will help them become a more confident communicator:
