Extracurricular Activities
I am involved in a few clubs here at Temple. I am part of AIS, which is a student professional organization for Management Information Systems majors and minors at Fox. I am one of AIS’ social media coordinators, I run AIS Instagram page, where I responsible to post updates, recaps on meetings and our Member of the month. As an active member of this organization, I participate in professional workshops and community service. Our community service events consist of block cleanups, visiting local schools here in Philadelphia to assist students with homework and computer skills.
I am also a part of a Panhellenic sorority on campus. With my sorority, I am constantly involved in our different fundraising events that we have for our four different philanthropies, which are the Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation, The National Association for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders, The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Philadelphia Police Survivor Fund. In November, we as a chapter were able to raise over $35,500 for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
