- Consulted with faculty from throughout Temple on the best educational technologies for their class or department.
- Led group and individual sessions to implement a variety of software and applications within an instructor’s current technical tools.
- Managed project that applied data-mining to customer service tickets to help determine common issues for which documentation should be created.
