BPM Analyst – BPM-D

Responsibilities:
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives – Social Media Marketing, Salesforce CRM Manager, other lead-generation tools
- Assist BPM-D consultants as an analyst with any client-facing project requirements
- Conduct & prepare reports on industry trends, new technologies, and BPM-related news
- Apps: Salesforce, Signavio, MailChimp, Canva, Social Media Channels
Key Goals:
- Generate, convert, and deliver high-quality leads to BPM-D colleagues
- Conduct research to enable BPM-D to empower the next-generation of enterprises
- Deliver value for clients through Business Process Management to ensure long-term success
