BPM Analyst – BPM-D

BPM-D is a start-up that helps clients improve performance and productivity by using cross-functional business and IT initiatives which are encapsulated in our BPM-Discipline framework. Our employees are experts in establishing and applying a Business Process Management Discipline which systematically drives value and executes business strategy in our digital world, fast and at low risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all digital marketing initiatives – Social Media Marketing, Salesforce CRM Manager, other lead-generation tools
  • Assist BPM-D consultants as an analyst with any client-facing project requirements
  • Conduct & prepare reports on industry trends, new technologies, and BPM-related news
  • Apps: Salesforce, Signavio, MailChimp, Canva, Social Media Channels

Key Goals:

  1. Generate, convert, and deliver high-quality leads to BPM-D colleagues
  2. Conduct research to enable BPM-D to empower the next-generation of enterprises
  3. Deliver value for clients through Business Process Management to ensure long-term success
