Mr. Sclarow has over 20 years of experience in the Architectural Design and Construction Industry.  He is a Project Manager, Architect, Business Development Leader and Professor with extensive experience in the design and delivery of sports, entertainment, and educational, healthcare, museum and performing arts facilities for clients across the United States.  Mr. Sclarow has a significant background in infrastructure, directing all project phases from conception through completion of construction, coordinating with contractors as well as partnering with engineering and specialty consultants.  He has extensive experience in construction risk management for a variety of property types.  He engages in an innate sense of creativity to design aesthetically attractive, architecturally strong, utilitarian spaces.  Mr. Sclarow has an established reputation for excellence with high project profitability and ROI for investors.
