Content Distribution Information Technology Intern – Media Tech Program
During my time as a Content Distribution Information Technology Intern at NBCUniversal, I communicated across teams with stakeholders and developers, created visualizations of project requirements, and improved functionality and UX through quality assurance testing for a software development project to create a new marketing platform and website. I also designed and implemented a new layout and UX for the internal department SharePoint site and worked with a team to gather requirements, create a project plan, conduct market research, create personas and user journeys, and design and build a prototype for a new career resource webpage. The project management and teamwork stills I learned in my MIS courses helped me work effectively on a team. I learned about the important role of technology in supporting departments within a business.
