  3. What you expect to learn – I\\\’ve learnt that not only men, women are very potential in coding and using technology to come up with innovative solutions. I had chance to meet with many talented female students from University of Pennsylvania. Through this experience, I also learnt that whoever you are, equity is for all.
  4. How the activity relates to coursework or your career goals – AS a MIS major student, I would like to learn how people are applying technology to real world problem. FemmeHacks is hackathon that female students participate in coding challenge and create their own project to encourage students who are so into technology to improve their coding skills.  Moreover, FemmeHacks offers both beginner and intermediate workshops on Friday in topics like web dev, hardware, and GitHub (a code collaboration tool). On Saturday, they have all-day hacking with mentoring engineers, side events, swag, and good food.
