Welcome!

My name is Tiffany Fields and i am a senior Legal Studies and Human Resource  Management Majors. Although the majors vastly differ in terms of conceptual notions, I have been able to find two majors that are able to grasp what i would like to do with my career.  Through my electives, I developed a passion for education in urban cities and recently have obtained a position as a College Career Coach at the Free Library of Philadelphia and in the School District of Philadelphia and have been volunteering at a local high school called Youth Build Philly. After i complete law school, I will be on the back end of the lack of educational incentives for children, whereas i plan to work in the public sector of the law serving juvenile youth. Because Business Law captured little of my attention, I choose Human Resource Management as a second major, where i was able to develop an understanding of how pivotal the culture of any organization is, in an effort to gain and sustain a competitive advantage.

I have been employed with Wegmans, for the last 6 years ( since age 15 ), as well as a Medical Malpractice Law Firm in upstate NY. I have also recently begun working at Temple’s Law School in the LLM Trial Advocacy Program, where i have been given hands on experience on what being a Temple Law Student entails.

Upon Graduation, I am hoping to secure a position in a Fortune 50 Company so that i can continue to develop my professional skills, and then i will proceed to apply to a dual, JD/MBA Program.
