Responsible for walking the corporate floor to help users should they have any questions, issues, or need help with their new systems. If a user has an issue you cannot resolve escalate to the bridge line. Examples of projects (e.g., list the projects you worked on and what you accomplished)What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)
  2.  Deployed and reinstalled computers including updating machines from Windows 7 to Windows 10 while providing technical support on how to operate new software at companies like Goldman Sachs,Morgan Stanley, BOA.
  3. Having being a Project Lead/Manager in one of my deployments and another being a team member allowed me to realize which side of MIS i want to focus on more. Being a Project Manager I didn\\\\\\\’t like having to keep everyone in check of their work and constantly having to ask to be updated on what issues they were facing or whether everyone was on time or not much like I learned in 3501. I did not like being pounded by multiple teams with questions and problems they were facing. I enjoyed having working with one team at a time and making sure that we were on pace and doing our job properly.
