Technical Support Specialist at Temple University Computer Services Help Desk

As of December, 22nd 2015, I was hired as a full-time employee of Temple University as a Technical Support Specialist for the Computer Services Help Desk. Here I assist thousands of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests with things such as an account issues, software/hardware troubleshooting, and general inquires of the entire University. Here I put my course work within the Fox School of Business to work in many ways. I use my Business Communications and Human Resources classes to continuously keep a professional demeanor while being respectful and courteous while assisting clients with any issue they face. I use both my Digital Design (MIS) and Innovation and Lead Global Digital Projects (MIS) courses to both take constructive criticism from managers along with learning to manage others during difficult and intricate projects such as new system implementation and software testing/troubleshooting. Temple University has become more than an employer of mine, but also a home for myself, as I find myself working side-by-side with my peers to bring one of the highest rated service desks to Temple University’s campus.
