Information Technology Student Worker
During my time supporting Temple University’s Information Technology Services, I contributed to several operational and technical initiatives that improved efficiency across the institution. I conducted in-depth telecom audits using Excel, developing functions and formulas that streamlined data analysis, uncovered unused phone lines, and helped reduce overall university expenses. I also worked with the Endpoint Integration Support and Management (EISM) team to reimage, reformat, and prepare computers for deployment across multiple campuses, while coordinating with the Computer Recycling Center (CRC) to properly tag and process outdated systems for disposal. Additionally, I provided front-line help desk support to students, assisting with password resets, ID card photo services, and resolving account access issues to ensure reliable daily operations. Through this work, I strengthened my technical skills, gained hands-on experience with enterprise-level support, and developed a strong understanding of customer service within a large university environment.
