During my time at Superior Group of Companies (SGC), I worked in Technology Strategy & Operations, supporting enterprise-wide technology planning, governance, and reporting. I worked directly with the Vice President of Technology Strategy & Operations and assisted with project tracking, budgeting, contract support, and the preparation of executive-level materials. I also gained hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot 365 and Claude AI to improve workflow efficiency and support documentation and reporting. Additionally, I provided IT support by resolving technical tickets through Freshservice and NinjaOne, created training resources for Zoom Workplace, and managed data and reporting using Microsoft SharePoint and Excel. This experience strengthened my understanding of technology operations in a corporate environment while developing my skills in problem-solving, communication, data management, project coordination, and the practical application of AI in the workplace.
