The Six Morning Habits of High Performers
In this LinkedIn Learning, I learned the acronym SAVERS. Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, Scribing. Each bringing a new perspective to making the morning count. Silence, just allowing yourself to breathe and relax in the morning. Affirmations, writing down meaningful goals and a plan to get to that goal. Visualization, thinking about the activities you do on a daily basis, or want to start doing and imagining them, before doing it. Exercise, daily exercise is always a good way to start the day. Reading, reading in the morning can help with achieving goals, there are self help books everywhere. Scribing, writing down things your thankful for and things that are the most important things to do that day.
