In Spring 2019, I took MIS 0855 Data Science for GenEd Science. It was my first time using Tableau and I learned about visual analysis.
In Spring 2020, I took MIS 2101 Information System in Organizations to briefly learn about what MIS is and how it works. Salesforce and JavaScript were major tools in that course. I learned about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the basics of programming.
In Fall 2020, I took two major courses and mainly focused on web development and database management. I learned to create websites by using HTML and JavaScript from MIS 2402 Web Application Development. I also learned some applications from MIS 2502 Data and Analytics, such as MySQL, R Studio, and MongoDB.
In Spring 2021, I also had two major courses, MIS 3506 User Experience Design and MIS 3406 Cloud Architecture. I’m currently learning about how to think like a user but work as a designer and working on AWS.
