Community Assistant
As Community Assistant for The York Philly Apartments, an off-campus housing community, I engage with students and prospective residents to promote the property. A summary of my position would be marketing the property through social media, networking with potential leads, hosting tabling events, and assisting with the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Promote the property through social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging content, posting regularly, and responding to inquiries.
- Network with students on campus to generate interest and increase awareness of the community.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and branded merchandise around campus.
- Represent the property at university events, housing fairs, and other student gatherings.
Leasing & Sales Support:
- Provide guided tours of the property to prospective residents and highlight key amenities.
- Assist in responding to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and social media.
- Help collect and follow up with leads, encouraging them to sign leases.
- Develop relationships with student organizations, clubs, and influencers to increase referrals.
Resident Engagement & Community Building:
- Organize and promote resident events to foster a sense of community and encourage renewals.
- Act as a liaison between current residents and property management, providing feedback and insights.
- Encourage positive online reviews and testimonials from satisfied residents.
