    1. Develop and test websites for the IT department of GCS. Report updates to my supervisor, then meet with my supervisor and the head of the IT department to track progress.

    1. I developed a website that provides the user with the ability to look up phone numbers used by GCS. The website provides information about GCS and what they are calling about. If the number is used by GCS it pulls information from a MySQL database. Information such as the reason for the call, the company they are calling for, and if the number is still in use.
  4. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)
    1. UX design played a role in helping me decide how I wanted the website to look and feel. Specifically, the color scheming, layout, and interactions had with the website. Web Application Development helped introduce me to HTML, Javascript, and CSS. All of which I used in the creation of the website. Data and analytics helped introduce me to SQL syntax. I then built upon that foundation by creating a database of relevant information for users to interact with.
