Intro to Coding Bootcamps & Tech Elevator
The event that I attended is called Tech Elevator and is located at PipeLine Philly in the Graham Building on the 15th floor. This event took place on October 23rd, 2019 and relates to helping others get coding experience without the need of attending a University. Within this event I learned about different coding bootcamps which was new to me because I didn\\\’t know such a thing existed. The Co-Founder of the program Anthony, made us aware of the ways their coding bootcamp (Tech Elevator) help people with little to no coding experience not only master things such as Java Script, HTML, and CSS, etc. but also attends in helping their students obtain high level jobs as Software developers. I believe this activity relates to my coursework and career goals because coding is apart of every MIS students\\\’ curriculum even after graduation. In the world of technology programming is a very important skill to acquire.
