UX Case Study – Chabad at Temple App
For my Chabad at Temple App UX Case Study, I explored how a centralized digital platform could improve Jewish student engagement by streamlining event discovery, RSVPs, and community interaction. Through user research, interviews, and journey mapping, I identified key pain points and used Figma and Canva to visualize and present my findings in a structured, data-driven way. This project deepened my understanding of human-centered design and how consumer insights inform UX decisions, strengthening my ability to craft intuitive user flows and wireframes. It also allowed me to exercise this side of the industry independently, refining my understanding of the type of role I’d want to pursue in my career—one that blends consumer research, strategy, and digital experience design. While this project was independent and exploratory, I shared it with my UX Design professor, Amy Lavin, to refine my approach and gain additional feedback.
