Communicating With Empathy
This course discussed how to communicate with empathy and compassion in the workplace. I find this course to very informative and helpful as I will soon be entering the workforce, in addition, I have previously worked in a place where empathy was not exercised. The most important thing I learned from this course is that you truly never know what another person is going through and how that can negatively affect them and that is why we all must approach conversations, that may be difficult to have, with care and compassion.
