How to Crush Self-Doubt and Build Self-Confidence

In the Linkedln Learning podcast “How to Crush Self-Doubt and Build Self-Confidence” by Ivan Joseph, he talks about ways to build self-confidence. First off, we have to start with belief and not talent. Confidence come from practice and more practice. By doing something over and over again we build experience and confidence. He gives an example where when you just start to drive it is scary and hard, but one year later, it just becomes a part of you. He also talks about how we should draw energy from positive people and not people who only drags you down. From this podcast, I learned that confidence isn’t a talent, but comes from hard practice doing something over and over again until it just comes to you. You have to believe in yourself and sometimes it is okay to make a small note to remind yourself that you know you are good enough. While it is good to remind yourself that you are good enough, telling other people that just becomes bragging and conceit. Self confidence come from you knowing you are enough because you have worked hard enough and is ready. This podcast relates to my career goals because it help prepare me for interviews and future job opportunities.
