Consulting – Technology Risk – Staff
EY is in the professional services industry and has 312,250 employees. It is also considered one of the big 4 accounting firms. The location I will be working at is located in Philadelphia (2005 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19103) and I will be in the consulting division. My role is a technology risk consultant and this role consists of providing assessment and attestation services to help companies understand and manage business risks related to technology. This job relates to my major because it is about the risks related to technology companies can face. Being an MIS major I have learned various technical skills such as data analytics, coding, AWS Cloud, cybersecurity. I could greatly apply these skills I have obtained in my courses to the job as they are both related to the use of technology.
