Phi Sigma Sigma-Xi Chapter- Fall 2013
I am lucky enough and so honored to be able to call myself a proud sister of Phi Sigma Sigma, Xi Chapter. It is one of the best organizations that I have ever had the pleasure of joining and I do not know what my life would be like without it today! Phi Sigma Sigma is one of the oldest sororities on Temple University campus. We are fortunate to have a house, which is a great asset to our chapter. Phi Sigma Sigma loves to give back to the community. Our philanthropy’s main goal is to help school and college readiness in Philadelphia. We are very passionate about fundraising and charities. We volunteer at the local soup kitchen and various 5k runs. Once a semester we hold our popular grilled cheese fundraiser, which has raised thousands of dollars for our philanthropy! I have developed such an amazing bond with all of these girls. They always push me to do my best and are not only amazing sisters, but also roles models that I look up to. Phi Sigma Sigma is such an amazing organization that shares all the same values and beliefs as I do and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
