Journal Entry 7
This week can be considered a success! We were fortunate enough to see even more progress than before with our analysts and have realized that they are motivated to get the project done right! The prototype is looking good and has already undergone a few innovative changes since the last time we saw it. In addition, the BAs are very proactive with getting their documents completed and perfected ahead of time. However, I am realizing that the end is creeping up on us so hope the productivity continues strong! Finally, our PM team is happy to see the way the project is going, but we definitely have some work to do on our deliverable. We plan to be caught up within the next week.
