Journal Entry 1
This past week, there was an increased amount of interaction with our Bas. We met with them for the second time and had a chance to see their progress on personal scope documents. In addition, we had some time to discuss the last interview and information that we received from her. The Bas are very excited to stay proactive and keep moving forward with their project. However, I feel as though we still need to walk them through the entire process. Therefore, I plan to have something we can show them (maybe a work break down structure?) to help them see what they need to do now in order to successfully complete the project. With everyone’s first exam and the second interview quickly approaching, these next two weekly meetings will be critical to the project as whole!
