Senior Handler
At Wag Watch I mainly manage large amounts of dogs (10-15) and execute daily tasks such as cleaning, agility training, baths and walks for said dogs. However, I often aid customers through online applications such as setting up an account and creating appointments as well as, operate our POS system and software. This job is a customer service roll at heart, and I spend a lot of my day managing customer needs and I’ve enjoyed learning how to do so.
