Information Technology Assistant, January 2021-Present
Through my role as an Information Technology Assistant, I assist over eighty students with understanding the role of information systems and digital platforms in business, learning the basics of programming languages including HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and using cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce. I work with Professor Leila Hosseini to answer student inquiries regarding class material and assignments through email, weekly office hours, and one-on-one Zoom appointments.
