Journal Entry WE 9/26/14

My team is doing well thus far. There are a few concerns but nothing out of the ordinary with regards projects/team oriented work. Our communication with the BA’s has been great, and they are staying on track and working well together.  This week I organized a group meeting with the BA’s which was held on Monday 9/22 to review the interview questions and scope document. Andrew and James were also present during this meeting along with all BA’s except one. We had a solid team meeting and accomplished the tasks that were set for the meeting. I also put together our MS Project document this week, which we were behind on but now we are on track.  I feel myself and the team are handling their jobs accordingly but we need to work on our communication between PM’s.
