Work Experience
During my senior year of high school I was the administrative assistant at a hair salon called Salon K. My responsibilities included answering the phones, scheduling appointments, operating the cash register, as well as any additional assistance needed by the stylists. This job dramatically enhanced my customer service skills as well as my professionalism. I learned to be patient and understanding with difficult customers as well as gratitude for appreciative, kind, respectful customers.
