IT Consultant- Student Worker, at Temple University
I would assist faculty members and students with IT related issues. I would perform HD Clinics for clients, which may include backing up data from the computer in question along with reinstalling the operating system, drivers and software. I would assist students with the setup and configuration of their computers in the resident halls. This also includes any residential hall connectivity issues the student may experience. Virus/Malware Removal: Remove viruses/malware or to assist with the cleanup of the client’s compute I’ve learned how to be resourceful and think critically. This is also the first time I’ve experienced working in this type of environment.
