My experience as his mentee was excellent I learned a lot about his path to getting where he is today and his advice to succeed in a fast-paced industry. The advice that struck home with me the most was &#8221; You don&#8217;t have to have it all figured out and know where you&#8217;re going, but constantly try to assess your interests, strengths, and weaknesses. To end up where you&#8217;ll be happy. &#8220;. This hit a cord with me because Neil and I talked a lot about career development and goals after college.
