  1. The organization is a company in the music industry that specializes in music audio devices. Beats by Dre is based in San Francisco, CA. I worked as a Business Analytics and Strategy Extern within the Consumer Insights division.
  2. My job function consisted of analyzing the current trends within Generation Z, interview people between the ages of 16-21, create a dataset that illustrates those findings, and communicate a data-driven decision based off of the results.
  3. The project goal was to leverage Gen-Z insights and create a new speaker recommendation based off the findings. I was able to interview approximately 15 people using an AI tool to summarize their interview into actionable bullet points, and leverage those into different findings within a statistical model.
  4. I learned how to further leverage technologies such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Python to create an initial dataset based off of findings, manipulate the dataset into Excel and Tableau to create effective visualizations, and formulate an effective powerpoint conveying these findings.
