I gained knowledge on managing tasks through manual and auto scheduling, linking tasks, and assigning resources. I also learned how to evaluate project schedules and resource workloads to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, I explored new features in Project 2016, like multiple timelines and the &#8220;Tell me what you want to do&#8221; field.
