Academic History

downloadI’m currently finishing my fall semester of Junior year at the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Coming in as a transfer from Drexel University, this transition was a challenging one, but one that had been easily overcome. At Drexel, I had taken many classes relating to my business degree, such as Business 101 and 102, a Gen-Ed course that described and gave information on each sector of the business world, as well as the following: Financial Accounting, Wealth and Power, International Business, and Microeconomics.

At the Fox School of Business, a majority of my business education has taken place. Currently, I’m in the process of finishing up my first Marketing class, a general overview. I’ve enjoyed this class the most this semester because I really had the opportunity to know more about the field I’m interested in and helps narrow down what specific topics I’d like to study more of. In conjunction to Marketing 2101, my business ethics course has been especially interesting. We’ve focused on ideas such as externalities and corporate responsibility in the community, something that has helped boost my desire to combine marketing and community driven campaigns. In the future, I am planning to take my education elsewhere for a semester, studying abroad in Ireland. You can find out more about this program here. Along with these courses, I have also completed and excelled in Human Resource Management, Legal Studies in the Business Environment, Macroeconomics, Managerial Accounting, Advertising and Globalization, Business Society and Ethics, Information Systems and Organizations, and Business Statistics.
