Courses like Systems Analysis and Design and Business Analytics have prepared me to apply analytical thinking and technical problem-solving to real-world business challenges.
Management Rotation Program Associate
Capital One’s rotational programs set you up for success as you cycle through two positions with two different teams as a full-time associate. During the Management Rotation Program, you’ll experience two distinct delivery management roles in project, process and risk management. With Capital One’s Management Rotational Program (MRP), you’ll bring your passion for problem solving to figure out ways to help our customers and colleagues. All while you find opportunities to expand your influence, develop your leadership skills and carve a career path of your choosing. With the MRP, you’ll take on consultant-like roles in process, project or risk management. You’ll learn to establish project plans, implement data-driven insights and use your natural talents and experiences to create meaningful change. Associates in the MRP have created an education program to help Capital One customers improve their cyber security, delivered a new instant messaging tool for Customer Care associates and developed marketing plans to enroll more customers into CreditWise, our credit monitoring tool.
