Project Management Foundations: Budgets
This learning shows how to build a solid budget around a work breakdown structure, work with costing standards, and examine capital versus operating costs. I also learned how to build, manage, and monitor the budget. This was very useful as I am working in project management and see this daily. I will take these skills and incorporate them into my day to day work plans.
