This role was sponsored by the Operational Technology Security Governance Program where I collaborated closely with managers and team leads. My responsibilities included analyzing, documenting, and mapping workflows to ensure compliance standards were met and risks were minimized. I also developed and maintained an Excel-based forecasting model to map project timelines, which was later used in shareholder presentations to highlight progress and milestones. Additionally, I contributed to the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters that provided key project updates and improved communication across stakeholders.
