Student Organizations
Being on the executive board of Main Campus Program Board (MCPB), I have experienced event planning and managing big groups of people. I am responsible for finalizing and executing trips, budgeting, receiving and signing contracts/invoices for venues, bus transportation, advertisements, and catering. Some events that I have recently done for MCPB are, trips to a Ski Resort for 110 Temple University students, a trip to the Barclay Center to watch an NBA game for 54 students, and a trip to a restaurant and roller-skating for 200 students.
Vice President of Community Council of Temple Towers
I am currently the Vice President of the community council of my resident hall, Temple Towers. I assist the president, attend community council workshops in the fall and spring, chair the community council in the absence of the President, and submit any requests for funds proposals on behalf of the residence hall to the RHA Vice President of internal Affairs. I am the voice for my fellow residents.
