As a Technology Consultant you will help our clients actualize the<\/p>\n<p>potential of technology to improve processes and drive innovation through<\/p>\n<p>Digital and Emerging Technologies, Data &amp; Analytics, Technology Solutions<\/p>\n<p>Delivery, and Technology Transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Staff hired into Technology Consulting, under CDP, will<\/p>\n<p>participate in a 2-3 year development program offering participants the<\/p>\n<p>opportunity for diversified experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Within Technology Consulting there are several opportunities within<\/p>\n<p>industry sectors; you can select your preference in our collect form, linked<\/p>\n<p>above.<\/p>\n<p><b>Financial Services<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Organization (FSO):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>As a<\/div>\n<div>Financial Services Technology Consulting staff, you will focus exclusively in<\/div>\n<div>financial services and will have the opportunity to serve leading investment<\/div>\n<div>banks, retail and commercial banks, insurers and investment managers.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Technology<\/div>\n<div>Consulting staff within FSO will have diversified experiences across clients<\/div>\n<div>and technology competencies. Once you have developed a strong foundation, we<\/div>\n<div>will work with you to determine a more specific area of concentration for the<\/div>\n<div>next phase of your career journey.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>For<\/div>\n<div>those looking to have a specific area of concentration from the outset there is<\/div>\n<div>the opportunity to align to a Data &amp; Analytics or Platform Implementation<\/div>\n<div>track.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>National Consulting: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>The<\/div>\n<div>National Consulting practice serves clients across a variety of industries<\/div>\n<div>including, but not limited to: Advanced<\/div>\n<div>Manufacturing &amp; Mobility, Power &amp; Utilities, Health Sciences &amp;<\/div>\n<div>Wellness, Consumer, and Technology, Media &amp; Entertainment,<\/div>\n<div>Telecommunications.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Technology<\/div>\n<div>Consulting staff within National Consulting will be aligned to one of the following<\/div>\n<div>tracks: Platforms, Data &amp; Analytics,<\/div>\n<div>and Engineering.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Government &amp; Public Sector<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>(GPS):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>As a<\/div>\n<div>staff with the Government &amp; Public Sector practice, you\u00e2ll have the<\/div>\n<div>opportunity to work with federal clients, as well as state and local agencies<\/div>\n<div>and higher education institutions.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Technology<\/div>\n<div>consulting staff within GPS will be aligned to one of the following tracks:<\/div>\n<div>Technology Consulting or Data &amp; Analytics.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Your key responsibilities may include: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Helping<\/div>\n<div>clients drive business-led and technology-enabled transformation across a broad<\/div>\n<div>range of business issues<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Understanding<\/div>\n<div>and documenting clients\u00e2 business processes and requirements, performing root<\/div>\n<div>cause analyses, developing business cases, and gathering information<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Taking<\/div>\n<div>full responsibility for tasks including consistent self-review of work to<\/div>\n<div>identify and improve an approach for producing high quality work products,<\/div>\n<div>while working under supervision<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Growing<\/div>\n<div>lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and<\/div>\n<div>consistently delivering quality client services<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Monitoring<\/div>\n<div>progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about<\/div>\n<div>progress and expected outcomes<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Developing<\/div>\n<div>specific technology skills relevant to engagement and project work<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Continuously<\/div>\n<div>updating your understanding of current business and industry trends<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To qualify for the role you must have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>A<\/div>\n<div>bachelor\u00e2s degree in a relevant technology discipline, i.e. Computer Science,<\/div>\n<div>Computer or other technology-related Engineering, Information Systems,<\/div>\n<div>Information Technology, Statistics, Math, MIS<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Desire<\/div>\n<div>to work in consulting demonstrated by relevant course work, interest or<\/div>\n<div>internship experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Willingness<\/div>\n<div>and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Demonstrated<\/div>\n<div>project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving<\/div>\n<div>skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Excellent<\/div>\n<div>interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Effective<\/div>\n<div>organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure<\/div>\n<div>and adhere to project deadlines<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Integrity<\/div>\n<div>within a professional environment<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The<\/div>\n<div>flexibility and willingness to travel as well as work in excess of standard<\/div>\n<div>hours when necessary<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>The<\/div>\n<div>understanding that when it is safe to do so, travel is an essential function of<\/div>\n<div>the job, may vary by location and can be up to 80%<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Proficiency<\/div>\n<div>with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>A<\/div>\n<div>driver\u00e2s license valid in the U.S.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Candidates<\/div>\n<div>interested in the Government &amp;
