Took a walk outside
I used to sit at home every day and did not even go outside. I decided it was time I need to get outside and talk a walk everyday. I talk a walk outside every day and it takes me about one and a half hour to complete my 6 km walk. Also, the weather has been so good these days and I feel that it’s a good opportunity to get outside and enjoy the lovely weather.
