Personal Journal Entry (November 7)

This week has been a pretty successful week so far. On Wednesday me and john were working on Microsoft Project trying to get our WBS and Budget and such worked out and to our surprise, it was fairly successful. We still have stuff to add but it is overall working. As for the group, everyone has been keeping up to date with all of the things that we need to finish still. We are meeting up with our BA’s today to discuss the prototype further. Their first draft went very well to our surprise. Overall, our project is still on time, on scope, and on budget.
