Information Technology Intern
In Spring 2025, I worked as an IT Intern at SNIPES USA, supporting the Chief Information Officer and IT leadership team at the company’s Bensalem, PA headquarters. My role involved building exception reports, analyzing supply chain data, and assisting with system testing prior to deployment. I also maintained and cleaned up product information, documented key meeting discussions, and helped improve reporting on our internal ticketing system. These projects allowed me to work closely with various IT leaders and gain insight into how technology supports operations across different departments.
Through this experience, I developed a stronger understanding of IT functions in a retail environment and strengthened my skills in data analysis, communication, and project management. I also learned to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools, contribute to collaborative efforts, and take initiative in independent tasks. This internship reinforced my interest in IT strategy and innovation, while helping me grow into a more versatile and solution-oriented professional.
