The Strategic Business Analysis Essentials course goes over the bases of understanding how to analyze a business and how to map out the solutions. I learned how both analyzing and creating a new strategy require understanding the culture and business environment of the business as well as understanding how each section of a business interacts with each other to ensure that a changes don\u2019t have unintended consequences.
