whose your landlord

WYL LogoMy work with the start-up company, whose your landlord, began in January 2013, around the same time I began the spring semester of my sophomore year. I was first brought on the team to work for whose your landlord’s parent company, Untapped, Inc., as a marketing intern specializing in social media marketing. My primary responsibility entailed managing the entire Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts of Untapped, Inc.’s clients. My overall goal was to leverage these social media sites to: increase our clients’ followers and likes on the sites, drive users to the clients’ websites, and build awareness for the clients’ brands. I was also instructed to study and report vital information regarding our clients’ potential customers, partners, and competitors. This involved intensive secondary research on the different industries in which our clients worked, as well as the competing companies in these industries.

After about five months of interning with Untapped, Inc., the President and founder of both Untapped, Inc. and whose your landlord, Ofo Ezeugwu, offered me a position as the Director of Research and Development, and Outreach for whose your landlord. I am currently working for whose your landlord under this title, completing a diverse array of projects assigned to me. In addition to these assignments, I promote whose your landlord’s service by arranging and carrying out meeting with different universities and media outlets to discuss and answer questions regarding the benefits that whose your landlord offers to students. Since research and development is a perpetual task, I continuously research influential visionaries in the student housing industry to stay ahead of competitors. I also explore potential projects that may stimulate future growth through innovative services, or improved procedures that can be integrated into whose your landlord’s current service.

You can read Ofo Ezeugwu’s letter of recommendation here.
