Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization
I completed the LinkedIn learning called Learning Design Thinking. This is a user centered way of solving problems and I was able to learn more about strategies like mapping customer journeys, concept creation, and prototyping. I was able to learn how to be a good design thinking leader and how to set engaging goals. The chapter quizzes helped me to better understand the concept and ideas talked about, and further test my knowledge. I found this LinkedIn learning to be extremely helpful and there are things I can apply to my everyday life as well as future occupation.
