Personal Interests
Rock Climbing
Having a fear of heights, I never thought this would be a sport for me. After rock climbing for a little over two years, having a fear for heights is a thing in the past.
For me, rock climbing is a perfect balance of athleticism and strategy. The sport has opened many doors for me and allowed me to make connections with people all over the world.
After only six months of rock climbing, an opportunity to travel to Thailand presented itself. Including myself, a group of ten individuals from my local rocking climbing gym decided to pack our bags and explore a famous climbing peninsula in Southern Thailand. We spent about two weeks on the beautiful peninsula of Railay, exploring some of the best climbing routes and caves in the world. If you ever have the chance to travel overseas make sure you add Railay to your list!
Snowboarding
When I’m not rocking climbing in the spring and summer, you can find me snowboarding the icy slopes of Pennsylvania. Snowboarding has been a passion of mine for eight years. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to six different states in search of the best terrain. My favorite experience thus far, has been riding the back bowls of Vail, Colorado.
