Python vs. R for Data Science

This linked in learning course covered the basics of and all differences between how python and R. coding languages are used. I learned that R. is primarily built for data analysis and visualization while Python is a very general purpose language, which is why you hear about it being used more often do to its universal properties. R. is found to be more challenging due to the very specific and complex tasks to be conducted in the use of this language. This course helps me understand why Python is more commonly used in the MIS department of temple rather than R. This course also taught me more about the applications and history of Python, which should provide aid in my professional career as I expect to use Python more often.
